Meet the Brewer(s) - Ask a Question? - Wednesday 8^th April, 2009

To celebrate CAMRA's National Cask Ale Week, the Surrey Oaks hosted a 'Meet the Brewers' evening on Monday 8^th April 2009.

This was a very well attended evening and Ross Hunter from the Surrey Hills Brewery and Dave Roberts from the Pilgrim Brewery took to the stage(!) and answered around 20 questions. We all learnt quite a bit about the brewing process, ingredients, pubs, pubco's, etc.... We have tried to capture this with a Q&A Document (← click the link for the pdf file). Beers from both breweries were also available, Surrey Hills - Ranmore Ale (3.8% ABV) and Pilgrom Moild (3.8% ABV).

Special thanks should go to Dave Roberts who kindly brought along a poly-pin of his Weald Ale (3.7% ABV) and then proceeded to give it away.. for free! - Thanks Dave.
